Absentee Line and Phone Numbers for the Brooks School
Parents/Guardians, The office has recently added an “Absentee Line” extension for your convenience. Report all absences on this extension only and we will notify your child’s teacher. Please send a note to the teacher regarding early dismissals, changes to your child’s going home schedule for that day or if someone not listed on the emergency form will be picking them up. A note is the best way to communicate end of the day changes so the teacher or substitute have it in hand at dismissal time. Brooks School main phone number 781-393-2166 Absentee Line x8508 Main Office x8515 Michelle Hardy x8517 Denise Rogier x8516 Health Office x8109 Please refer to the updated Staff Extension List which can be found on the here (Download BrooksPhoneListJan2010). Dial the main number and then the extension when you hear the message. Direct line to Health Office 781-393-2170

It also includes her e-mail response to the questions we posed back to her following our October PTO meeting. Please review in preparation for a vote on the matter at our January 20th meeting.
